Condition: Well-preserved dentary with an extensive, intact dental battery and excellent display quality.

An exceptional and display-quality hadrosaur lower jaw (dentary) measuring 13.4 inches (34 cm) in length. This impressive specimen preserves a long section of the dinosaur's remarkable dental battery, with dozens of tightly packed tooth columns visible. Hadrosaurs continuously replaced their teeth throughout life, creating one of the most advanced chewing systems of any dinosaur.

Recovered from the renowned Judith River Formation of Montana, this fossil dates to the Late Cretaceous, when vast floodplains supported a diverse ecosystem of duck-billed dinosaurs, ceratopsians, tyrannosaurs, crocodilians, turtles, and other prehistoric wildlife.

The jaw exhibits excellent natural preservation with outstanding detail, making it an impressive display piece and an excellent example of hadrosaur anatomy. Specimens of this size and completeness are increasingly difficult to acquire, making this a desirable addition for serious fossil collectors.
