2.1" Juvenile Tyrannosaur Toe Bone (Judith River)

Size: 2.1" L x 1" wide at promixal end

Species: tyrannosaurid (daspletosaurus or gorgosaurus)- could possibly be from another large Theropod. 

Age: late cretaceous- 75.3-79 MYA

Location Found: Judith River Formation, Blaine County, northern Montana, USA

There is no restoration or repair.

Based on the visible morphometrics, this appears to be an intermediate phalanx (toe bone) from a medium-to-large tyrannosaurid. The bone shows sharp surface detail, intact ginglymus (hinge articulation), visible collateral ligament pits, and nice original patina with zero repair or filler.
