3.07" Ceratopsian Predentary/Lower Beak(Judith River Formation)

This is a substantial and well-preserved ceratopsian predentary (lower beak) from Judith river Formation. The predentary is a unique bone found only in ceratopsian dinosaurs and formed the core of the lower beak, where a sharp keratinous covering attached for cropping tough vegetation. This specimen likely belonged to a large horned dinosaur such as Centrosaurus, Styracosaurus, or a closely related ceratopsid.

The specimen preserves excellent anatomical detail, including the characteristic triangular shape, pronounced central ridge, and naturally porous surface that once supported the beak sheath. Natural weathering and stable cracking are present but do not detract from the overall quality or display appeal. At over three inches in length, it represents an impressive adult-sized example and is a striking display piece from one of the richest dinosaur-bearing formations in the world.

There is some repaired pieces, but no fill or restoration.
